Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PlayMobility platform, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Services

PlayMobility Ltd. provides a B2B Mobility-as-a-Service platform that includes the Partner Booking API and Fleet Management API. These APIs enable partners and fleet operators to manage ride bookings, vehicles, drivers, and related operations programmatically.

3. API Usage

Access to the APIs requires valid credentials issued by PlayMobility. You agree to keep your API keys and JWT tokens confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

You agree to comply with any rate limits, usage quotas, and access tier restrictions associated with your partner profile. Abuse of the APIs, including but not limited to exceeding rate limits, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts, may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Data and Privacy

PlayMobility processes data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data transmitted through the APIs (including passenger information, driver details, and location data) is handled in accordance with our data processing agreements. Partners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to transmit personal data through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including API specifications, documentation, and software, remain the property of PlayMobility Ltd.. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights. You may use the APIs solely for the purpose of integrating with the PlayMobility platform as described in the documentation.

6. Service Availability

PlayMobility strives to maintain high availability of its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayMobility Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services with 30 days written notice. PlayMobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of Terms violation, API abuse, or security concerns. Upon termination, your API credentials will be revoked and you must cease all use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

10. Changes to Terms

PlayMobility may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify partners of material changes via email or through the developer portal. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
